Solved: Lenovo ideapad SIBY touchpad disables when on battery – Lenovo Community
I also have the same problem after win 10 fall update. Drivers are up to date, and there are no mouse drivers on Lenovo support page. This helped me too. ONLY on battery, internal touchpad and any external mouse i connect, gets “disabled” after about two seconds of inactivity.
Message 2 of 7. Forcing use of Synaptics latest drivers was still the same.

See our Sustainability Report. Temporary solution popped up on Windows forums, can be found on next link: Any help would be nice! Windows simply powers down mice and touchpad after two seconds on battery only – any key re-activates them. This, combined with everything being ok with Windows 10 updatemakes me suspect Microsoft’s update is the problem rather than anything inherently wrong with Synaptics drivers. Clicking any touchpad key, or any mouse key even otuchpad scroller re-activates it – only to power down lebovo if its not moving for two seconds.
